Q. Can I use any washable markers with my Doodle Bear?
A. We suggest using only Doodle Bear branded markers and art supplies.
Q. Is my Velvet Art fashion safe for the washing machine?
A. Velvet Art fashions should be hand washed according to the instructions that accompany Velvet Art Doodle Bear.
Q. Will any markers work with my Magic Airbrush?
A.
Only Doodle Bear markers that are labeled as "airbrush compatible" will work with your Magic Airbrush. This includes the markers that came with your Magic Airbrush Doodle Bear, plus marker refill packs that are labeled as "airbrush compatible".
Q. What do I do if my Magic Airbrush stops working?
A.
First, make sure that the power switch is set to "on". If the switch is already on, but the airbrush still does not work, try replacing the two AA batteries. If these two solutions do not work, turn power off, remove nozzle and rinse under cool water to remove any excess ink. Replace nozzle and try again.
Q. Where can I get new airbrush stencils?
A.
You can download new stencils from the Magic Airbrush Doodle Bear product page of the Doodle Bear website at www.doodlebear.com, or you can get them at your favorite retailers with specially marked marker refill packs.
